Our favorite DIYer, A Pair and a Spare's Geneva Vanderzeil has created a site that has all the materials you need to make your own pieces and its super simple.

Above: Majority flea market finds, find similar here and here paired with infinity midi ring and misc UO rings.
Also, this happened. An embellished tshirt DIY.
You will need:
1. Vintage shirt you're willing to cut. 2. A boarderline horrible thrifted sleeved cardigan.
3. Swap out the sleeves and you've got a sweet original bedazzled (in all the right ways) tee ;)
